Draf Code of Practice on Safety in the Use of Machinery

ILO is developing a draft Code of Practice on Safety in the Use of Machinery and will be tabled and adopted in the Meeting of Expert on 29th November 2011.

Objective of this code:
To protect workers from the hazards of machinery and to prevent accidents and incidents resulting from the use of machinery at work by providing guidelines which include the design, information on safety, installation and safe operation of the machinery.
