Present the findings & recommendations to the employer within 1 month upon the completion of the assessment / monitoring / testing & examination at work place. Date of report presentation to the employer must be inform to DOSH State Office at least 14 days before the date of presentation.

Submit the report within 1 month upon completion of the assessment / monitoring / testing & examination to the Director of the nearest DOSH Office and to DOSH Director General
