The establishment of the training centre will be a collaboration between KKYS Sdn Bhd, Asian Supply Base Sdn Bhd in the Federal Territory of Labuan, and Borneo Safety Training Services Sdn Bhd based in Miri, Sarawak.

The foundation is also supported by Petronas, which is a prime mover in the oil and gas industry in the country.
